Spares

A garage door could be on your home for many years and as we all know things don’t last forever! It is therefore inevitable that at some point your garage door may need to be repaired or a spare part is required before you replace the door entirely. We therefore keep a huge range of the most common spare parts available at our head office. Most spares are available from all manufacturers of Garage doors, past and present sold in the UK and Europe from the last 30 + years. Please feel free to get in touch with one of our sales team to discuss the spare part you require and after a short conversation we are usually able to ascertain the parts required and provide a cost including delivery.

Due to the various safety features of modern garage doors and some older door mechanisms being under high tension, some spares can only be installed by a qualified installation engineer, if this is the case then we offer a competitive repair service as detailed below.

Our Repair Service

We offer a comprehensive repair service for all makes and models of garage doors from all the leading manufacturers. Whether it be a simple replacement handle or spring adjustment, through to fitting a complete electric operating system for your door , no job is too big or too small for our fully trained garage door installation engineers.

It may be that your door just needs a regular service to keep it running smoothly saving you from costly repairs in the future.

To help us identify what the problem might be with your door, it is helpful if you have the following information:

  • Garage door manufacturer (usually found on the handle or side of the door)
  • Garage door size (usually found on the side or sticker on the back of the door)
  • Garage door material (steel, timber or GRP)
  • Garage door spring position (over head or down each side.

We only charge if we are able to fix the problem (and all our work is guaranteed!)

Before we undertake a repair we will advise the cost, if parts are required and the length of time before a repair can be carried out.
